We GATHER to celebrate what God is doing. We seek opportunities to GROW in our faith. We GO beyond the walls of our church to come alongside God where He is working in our world.
As a part of the Church of the Nazarene, New Life shares a message of hope, forgiveness, and the power to overcome the habits and sins that destroy and debilitate our lives. Our focus is on sharing the good news that we all need and can have a relationship with God. We want to see everyone discover their full potential in Christ. Each week we meet to worship together, study the Bible, and share stories of how God meets our needs and helps us through the challenges of life. Together we learn how we can live a life that makes a difference. The messages are relevant, the worship is exciting, the people are friendly, and the atmosphere is casual. If you’ve never been to church or if you’ve attended all your life, you’ll find New Life to be a refreshing worship experience.
Jesus reached out to people of all ages and all backgrounds in all kinds of communities. We desire to do the same. That’s why you’ll discover ministries geared to various life stages and needs. You’ll find an awesome ministry to children and youth, as well as, a group of adults who understand the importance of building relationships.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be greeted with warm smiles and happy faces by people just like you who understand how hard it is to walk into a new church for the first time.
There is no dress code at New Life. You’ll find people in all kinds of casual wear. We’re more concerned about your needs than with what you are wearing.
Our music is much like what you’d hear on contemporary Christian radio. At all of our worship services you’ll find the freedom to be yourself as we worship.
Our pastors try to communicate what the Bible says in a relevant, practical way that challenges and helps every person who hears the message to live out God’s plan for their life. Yes, a safe and fun environment. We provide childcare with a paid nursery worker for babies through the age of two. We have classrooms that meet the needs of children from Toddler (Ages 2-3), Pre-K (ages 4-Kindergarten) and Elementary (First Grade through Sixth Grade). Kids experience God’s love and biblical truths with lessons and worship just for them! Teachers are ready to meet your kids in class starting at 10:15a. MEET OUR TEAM
Rocky Tash is the Assistant Pastor at New Life Church and Ministry Leader for Celebrate Recovery. He has attended NLC for almost 6 years with his wonderful wife, Jenny, and three boys, Reid, Trenton, and Josiah. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 2017, Rocky answered the call to be a pastor. He currently holds his Local Ministry License with the Nazarene Church and is working to attain his District License continuing toward Ordination. He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, hunting, fishing and working with wood. (not a cowboys fan)
Rocky has a love for the lost and hurting and is blessed to serve the NLC family.
